Buddha means "Awakened one" or "Enlightened one. Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, in Sanskrit, or Siddhattha Gotama, in Pali, was a spiritual teacher from ancient India and the founder of Buddhism. An incredible brass figure of Buddha in deep meditation. There are intricate engravings that highlight the features of this figure, most remarkable being the patterns on the shawls spread over the shoulders of the man, showing leaves, mountains, and simple geometri patterns. An interesting feature is the piked helmet resting on top of Buddha's head, with spherical shapes arranged all round the central pike. The brass especially looks great. It's clean, brilliant, and shining. It is absolutely a great decoration to have in one's room.
